Shipping Policy

manu jewelry ships through the USPS priority mail system with delivery confirmation.  Packages are delivered in an average of 2-3 business days.  manu offers priority mail international shipping to Canada and Japan, delivery is within 6-10 business days.

Availability and Payment

Some manu jewelry pieces are limited editions and therefore will not be replenished.  Orders for in-stock merchandise will be processed once payment is received.  In-stock pieces will be shipped in 24 to 72 hours.  If purchasing an item that is on back-order, customers will be notified via email. Back-order pieces will be shipped as soon as they become available.  manu jewelry may be purchased online with a major credit card or through PayPal.  Items will be shipped out once payment is confirmed.  If special services are needed for an order, please email: customerservice@manujewelry.com

Jewelry Care

Many of the manu pieces are crafted using the 18k gold-silver plated or gold dipped process.  To keep your jewelry like new, follow instructions enclosed in your package.

Return Policy
Please complete the return form included in your package. All returns from manuandyou.com must be returned within 5 days upon receiving the merchandise with all tags in-tact. Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed immediately.
